Essentially it is EVERYTHING. That’s why it it feels so familiar when you see a symbol like Vesica Piscis or The Flower of Life. It carefully and scientifically looks at and reveals patterns the patterns of creation which allow all things to expand and/or diminish. From macro to micro scales, each pattern of growth or movement correlates to one or more geometric shapes. On a molecular level, atoms, snow flakes, pine cones, a ram’s horn, petals of a flower, mineral crystals, a nautilus shell, the pattern of our planet’s orbit, the galaxy we spiral within, it goes on and on. Ancient civilizations believed that the experience of Sacred Geometry was crucial to the enhancing the knowledge of the soul. They were aware that these types of patterns and codes were symbolic of our own inner realm and the structure of being.
The tetrahedron, octahedron, hexahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron are collectively known as the Platonic Solids. They are pure and perfect in form and are the foundation of everything in the physical world. In today’s society, there is a false notion of separateness from nature and each other. Through the lens of Sacred Geometry, we can observe the inherent balance, proportion, and harmony that exists in every possible reality.
The Fibonacci sequence, discovered by Leonardo Fibonacci is generated by adding the previous two numbers in a list together to form the next. For example (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, etc). Divide any number by the one before it and the result is always within a very close margin to 1.61803. This is commonly referred to as the Golden Mean, or the Golden Ratio.
